This photo of me in my homemade flower costume perfectly encapsulates the entirety of my personality.... My facial expression too. Like not really sure if I am liking this, but remaining joyful and smiling. This was also the only time my hair was that color. Oh what would it be if I had my bleach blonde hair again?!

A song plays and the melodie delivers sweet memories.   I soak in the remembrance.  Deeply, I breathe in the air and it smells like the past.   The vision flows through my mind and like a low cloud, falls onto my heart.   Bringing warmth, making it beat faster.  It takes me beyond the now.   I sit in another realm where the memory lives.  Like an addicitve flavor on the tongue, or a refreshing scent, I crave more; yearning for remembrance to flow in.   Just as I do, it begins to fade as the song ends.

“It is important to live in the now. It is also important to look to the future. There are points in time, where we are meant to focus more on one or the other, however, neither of them is a definite point of view.” If you are only focused on either looking to the future, dwelling in the past or living in the present, you will miss the wisdom that comes from the balance of all three. If you could see yourself in the future, wouldn’t it change the choices that you make in the present? If you could go back in time and fix your mistakes, how would you ever learn? We must not live life worrying about this day or that day, or how much time we have. Rather live as though you have a world ahead of you and a life behind you. Live in such a way that you can wear your past on your face and feel no shame. When you stand, which way do your feet point? They are in front of you. And what side of your body are your eyes located? On the front of you. Where is your nose? On the front of you!

                Mixed signals=GET OUT….  What I mean by this is, if someone is NOT showing that they really enjoy your company, going out of their way to spend time with you, or don’t ever compliment you and make you feel special, they aren’t interested in something long term with you. If your dating goal is to find a long term relationship, drop this person like a hat and keep moving! No time to waste on dilly dallying! These people are what I like to refer to as leeches. They spend a limited amount of time with you according to their needs, their schedule and their intentions. Anything that you ask of them outside of that, is too much and they will begin projecting their discomfort with intimacy as you being needy. They suck you dry of emotional efforts and then leave you feeling shitty about yourself and wanting to know why your outpouring wasn’t reciprocated.
